Job Description: Onsite support

Multi-Role Infrastructure Support Engineer responsible for three domains: Helpdesk Onsite, Network, and Server operations, covering daily onsite IT operations, basic troubleshooting, and supporting L2/L3 teams in implementing local changes and projects in Malaysia.

End-User Support & IMAC Lifecycle Management

• Provide first-line onsite support and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, printers, and meeting room devices.

• Execute employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding asset recovery processes.

• Support onsite operations and maintenance of meeting room equipment, industrial printers, and other related devices.

Multi-Regional Network Operations & Architecture

• Perform basic configuration and maintenance of office LAN/WLAN environments, including both IT and OT networks.

• Coordinate with local telecom providers to maintain WAN connectivity.

• Support network security operations, including basic configuration and administration of firewall policies, NAT, IDS, and related security controls.

Multi-Platform Server Operations (Key Differentiator)

• Perform routine administration and maintenance of local Windows and Linux servers, including patch management.

• Manage local storage and backup systems.

Third-Party Coordination

• Coordinate and track service requests with telecom providers, vendors, and facility management teams through to full resolution.

Global Collaboration

• Work closely with Global Service teams in Hong Kong and China, providing smart hands support for local implementation of changes and projects.
