Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of used car after-sales activities.
• Manage used car accounts, including vehicle maintenance, repair costing, contract termination, disposal and related matters.
• Handle daily customer enquiries, requests and ad hoc operational matters.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments on document stamping, insurance renewal, payments and collections.
• Monitor and report on operational issues, service performance and areas requiring improvement.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing activities to ensure vehicles are properly maintained.
• Prepare and maintain standard pricing, vehicle maintenance costings and insurance sum insured values.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of vehicle-related records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations or a similar role.
• Experience in automotive, used car or vehicle-related operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different departments.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary range: RM4,500 - RM5,500
