Mechmar Boilers Hiring! Full Time TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE (Based in Pasir Gudang) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical drawings and documentation between Production and Design teams.
• Liaise with Mechmar-HQ on drawing approvals, amendments, feedback, and technical matters.
• Maintain proper drawing control and document traceability, including AFC, Lloyd’s and JKKP-approved drawings.
• Handle client inquiries and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with Store, Production and Administration teams on materials, costing, production lead time and logistics.
• Coordinate confirmed orders and monitor project progress from order initiation to completion.
• Communicate project requirements and scope changes to relevant teams.
• Prepare project, order and logistics documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, project coordination, engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in boiler manufacturing, pressure vessels, steel fabrication or mechanical engineering works will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Work hours

Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
