Assistant UX/UI Managers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products. They are responsible for planning and driving user research, leading a team of designers, providing direction, and contributing to the design management team. To ensure the delivery of high-quality work, strong project planning skills are essential.

Your role will include the following duties:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and developers to make sure the team delivers high-quality design outcomes that achieve product success.
• Plan and drive user research activities, including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Lead a team of designers and provide guidance for design projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work within budget and on schedule.
• Foster a culture of learning and development within the design team.
• Provide mentorship to a team of designers, supporting their career development and fostering a culture of mental health.
• Develop and maintain the best practices with the latest industry standards and new design trends in the design team.
• Contribute to the design management team by providing feedback on strategic initiatives aimed at achieving the company's values.

We are looking for you if you are:

• A diploma or above in Interactive / Multimedia / Visual Design or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities through your experience in effectively leading and managing design teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management skills enable you to consistently deliver high-quality work within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Strategic mindset empowers you to provide invaluable insights and steer future projects with precision.
