Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Posses Own transport

Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and end-user IT issues.
• Handle technical issues independently and provide support for complex or escalated cases
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Attend assigned incidents and service requests and ensure timely resolution according to SLA requirements.
• Perform regular system checking based on schedule provided.
• Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
• Generate and review reports on system performance and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for data security.
• Assist in implementing security measures and procedures to protect sensitive information
• Able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job
• Ability to manage time, client and personnel
