Job Description
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements, conduct analysis, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions.
- Manage and support data requests from the Operations team, delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and analysis within agreed SLA timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI and data tools such as SQL, Google Data Studio, and Google Sheets.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights for relevant departments.
- Identify and analyse manual, repetitive, and inefficient operational processes that can be improved through data and automation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated workflows, scripts, and tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles, experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Payments industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to structurally present data findings to internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
