Technical Support Senior Engineer (Dedicated Technical Engineer - DTE)

Location: Singapore

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Senior Engineer (DTE) to provide dedicated support for enterprise banking customers in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center environments.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tier 2/3 Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center engineering.

• Experience supporting Banking or Financial Services environments is preferred.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and contact center issues.

• Avaya Aura Platform:

  • Communication Manager (CM)

  • Session Manager (SM)

  • System Manager (SMGR)

  • Avaya Aura Media Server (AAMS)

• Avaya Aura Experience Portal (AAEP)

• Avaya Call Management System (CMS)

• Avaya Contact Center Elite (CC Elite)

Infrastructure & Protocols

• Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise (ASBCE)

• SIP and H.323 protocols

• VoIP diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Linux Operating Systems

• VMware virtualization

Certifications

• ACSS (Avaya Certified Support Specialist), ACIS (Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist), or equivalent telephony/UC certifications preferred.

Preferred

• Experience supporting large enterprise or Tier-1 banking environments.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing support environment.
