Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PMO activities across multiple banking/IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and overall project performance.
• Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.
• Work closely with Project Managers, business users, IT teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow PMO governance, processes and reporting standards.
• Monitor project scope, resources, timelines and budget.
• Support risk management, issue escalation and mitigation planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations based on project status and performance.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting and project management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Oracle experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
