Ensures that dishes, utensils and pots are clean at the end of the work shift and ready for the next shift. He/she also ensures the kitchen equipment and structure is maintained in safe and good working order at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Wash the dishes, pots, glassware, utensils and other cutleries properly
• Maintain the work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer
• Remove all defects items and inform the managers in-charged for restock
• Dispose all garbage
