About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Property Development marketing to drive digital campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and manage lead generation strategies for property projects.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI.
• Manage social media, website content, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track market trends and competitor activities within the property industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Mandatory experience in Property Development marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Proven track record in generating quality property sales leads.
• Analytical, creative, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
