Senior Treasury Manager / Senior Accountant

Candidates who bring audit or project-level general accounting experience possess a distinct advantage.

Job Duties

• Oversee daily finance operations to ensure operational and strategic needs.
• Approve and monitor daily cash positions and ensure timely funding and settlements.
• Establish and implement financing channels and modes according to company strategies
• Review daily report of capital, and loan status
• Timely summarize and analyze the capital and debt status to support management decision
• Handle ad-hoc assignments, i.e. closing the books requires handling capital calls, distribution waterfalls, and joint venture financial structures.
• Maintain the proper record in the system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in CPA, CFA, or FRM (or equivalent accounting/finance certification) is strongly preferred.
• Background in Big 4 / tier-1 accounting firm auditing or direct project-level general accounting experience within commercial real estate or hospitality is a distinct advantage.
• 7–10+ years of progressive finance, treasury, or accounting experience within sizable companies, property funds, real estate developers, or hospitality groups.
• Hands-on report writing as well as financial planning and analysis experience.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and Accounting software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong capability in logical analysis, learning ability, problem-solving and coordination.
• Strong capability in teamwork, communication and coordination with different parties.
