About the Role

Gain hands-on experience in how real CRM, loyalty and marketing campaigns are managed from briefing to execution.

As a Campaign Management Intern, you will support the team in coordinating campaign requirements, timelines and operational activities while working with different internal departments and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

This role is ideal for someone interested in campaign management, project coordination, CRM, loyalty and MarTechrather than primarily social media or content creation.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team in coordinating campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Assist with campaign requirements, timelines, approvals, trackers and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams including CRM Operations, Technology, Creative, Rewards, Fulfilment and Activation.
• Communicate with clients on campaign requirements, operational matters and updates when required.
• Monitor campaign timelines, SLA, outstanding tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with campaign setup, testing, documentation and reporting.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the team early.
• Support campaign performance analysis and post-campaign reviews.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree students in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Interest in campaign management, CRM, loyalty, customer engagement or MarTech is an advantage.
• No prior working experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
