Job Summary

You will identify and recruit candidates for job openings, engage with companies to offer recruitment services, and coordinate hiring processes to meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit suitable candidates for job openings to meet client needs
• Make cold calls to companies to introduce recruitment services and generate leads
• Engage HR and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to support successful placements
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to expand talent pools
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and create shortlists for clients
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to facilitate hiring decisions
• Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely position fulfillment
• Achieve monthly recruitment and cold-calling targets to support business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales to enhance candidate sourcing and client engagement
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude to meet recruitment goals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
