GEOLUTIONS is an independent geotechnical instrumentation specialist, executing specialized geotechnical contractor services for projects under the LTA, HDB, and private sectors. Our primary areas of expertise include foundation testing, instrumentation and monitoring, and site investigation activities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle customer and supplier documentation, including invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and related records.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain quotations, invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative matters when required.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School/Diploma in Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Ability to multitask.
• Possess procurement and administrative skills, organized, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Can handle stress on work
