Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address repairs in a timely manner to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable facility environment.
• Diagnose and repair issues with building systems and equipment, including HVAC, fume scrubber, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain building infrastructure and systems in good working condition, including:
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Air Compressor System
• Cooling Tower System
• Fire Protection System
• Building Ventilation System
• Fume Scrubber System
• Electrical Power Supply
• City Water Pumping System
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with other departments, contractors, and vendors to coordinate maintenance activities.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of working experience or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a maintenance capacity within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
