Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer pool and expand store traffic to optimize profitability
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage company administration tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain store condition and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
• Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and support staff career development
• Organize and manage staff work arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations
