Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead BIM management efforts by establishing and implementing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks. Drive coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction stage projects with effective BIM Execution Plans and integrated digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks to support construction stage project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver Project BIM Execution Plans for construction stage projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains to ensure integrated BIM workflows.
  • Manage BIM-related project activities, facilitating collaboration and communication among stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Apply expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools to create and manage digital models and project data.
  • Utilize Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Oversee project management and coordination tasks for large-scale or complex projects, ensuring BIM integration supports overall project execution.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in BIM management, including proven capability in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience during the construction stage, with successful delivery of at least two Project BIM Execution Plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
  • Completion of a certified BIM Management course.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong multidisciplinary understanding across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools.
  • Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
