Job Description

• Drive new business development activities and identify opportunities to grow revenue within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored logistics solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and account management.
• Collaborate with internal operations and overseas offices to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while expanding market presence and strengthening the company's customer portfolio.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of business development experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and acquiring new customers. You will have strong knowledge of air and ocean freight services, an established industry network, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
