ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Product Manager, you will shape and scale Staritas' membership product portfolio and healthcare intelligence offerings across the region. Reporting directly to the Vice President, International, you will bridge software and advisory—turning complex clinical and operational pain points into actionable dashboards, benchmarks, and productized consulting frameworks. You will own the full lifecycle: leading discovery directly with hospital executives, steering delivery with data and engineering teams, and partnering with Business Development to drive commercial packaging, user adoption, and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product strategy & portfolio
- Set the product vision, target customer segments, value proposition and outcome-based roadmap for Staritas' membership product portfolio.
- Maintain a coherent portfolio across membership product and consulting, clarifying where client needs should be solved through product capabilities, services or a combination of both.
- Build evidence-based business cases and prioritize opportunities using customer value, market potential, strategic fit, effort, risk and commercial return.
- Track healthcare, data, regulatory and competitor developments across the region and translate relevant shifts into product and portfolio choices.
Discovery, definition & delivery
- Lead continuous discovery with healthcare executives, administrators, clinical leaders, analysts and end users to understand workflows, pain points and buying priorities.
- Translate insights into clear problem statements, user journeys, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with data, engineering, and project teams from concept and pilot through release, enablement, adoption, iteration and retirement.
- Own scope and prioritization decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and maintain release readiness without losing sight of usability or client outcomes.
Data & Intelligence Product Direction
- Define customer-facing use cases and desired outcomes for dashboards, benchmarks, alerts, reporting and other intelligence capabilities.
- Partner with data, clinical and technical leads to ensure outputs are useful, understandable and aligned with customer needs.
Consulting offering development & productization
- Identify recurring client problems that can become scalable offerings, such as diagnostics, maturity assessments, audits, benchmarks, toolkits, workshops, roadmaps and advisory modules.
- Define each offering's target client, outcomes, scope, methodology, deliverables, delivery model, pricing and packaging, quality standards and supporting intellectual property.
- Pilot new or revised offerings with selected clients, capture evidence and feedback, and improve repeatability, margin, time-to-value and customer experience.
- Create a two-way link between products and consulting: use engagement insights to inform the SaaS roadmap and embed Staritas data and product capabilities into service delivery.
Go-to-market, adoption & commercial performance
- Partner with Business Development, internal teams and leadership on positioning, packaging, pricing, launch plans, demonstrations, proposals and commercial narratives.
- Equip the Business Development and Client Operations team with clear playbooks, training, tools and proof points for consistent selling, onboarding and delivery.
- Support selected strategic accounts through discovery sessions, solution design, pre-sales workshops and executive briefings where product expertise is critical.
- Own and report relevant performance measures, including adoption, engagement, retention, expansion and revenue, plus consulting pipeline, delivery quality and margin where applicable.
Cross-functional leadership & market presence
- Align senior stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, decisions and success measures; communicate progress, risks and learning clearly.
- Build structured feedback loops across clients, delivery teams and Business Development teams so frontline insight reaches product and offer decisions quickly.
- Represent Staritas as a credible product and industry voice in customer forums, partner discussions and relevant regional events.
