Job Summary

Perform general office cleaning and maintenance tasks in a CBD office environment, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-stocked workplace while following schedules and reporting issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaners to clean desks, floors, and common office areas to maintain a hygienic environment
• Maintain pantry cleanliness and organize supplies for daily use
• Collect and dispose of waste according to office procedures
• Check stock levels of cleaning chemicals and paper products to ensure availability
• Follow cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures consistently
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to client and management promptly
• Occasionally can be flexible to work on assigned shift hours (8:00am–4:00pm or 12:00pm–9:00pm)
• Communicate effectively in spoken English or Mandarin
• Demonstrate physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing, walking, and light lifting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Reliable and punctual work habits to support consistent cleaning operations
• Able to coach / manage and supervise the team
