Responsibilities
KLN is an Asia-based, global 3PL with a highly diversified business portfolio and extensive coverage in Asia. We offer a broad range of supply chain solutions from integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail and multimodal) and e-commerce to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.
Responsibilities
Operate and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and firewall infrastructure
Provide Level 3 network support and onsite support for Hong Kong offices and sites
Design and implement network solutions for new offices, warehouses, and logistics projects
Lead network upgrades, refresh, and improvement initiatives
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively resolve issues
Implement network security controls in line with corporate cybersecurity standards
Work with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Service Desk teams
Manage vendors and service providers, including ISPs and network suppliers
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configurations
Follow change management and operational governance processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Professional certifications (CCNP / CCNA / Fortinet / Palo Alto) are an advantage
4–6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration and implementation
Experience supporting multi-site environments including offices and warehouses and amiliarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Regional or international IT environment experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Experience with major network vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki).
Knowledge of SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and IPSec VPN is an advantage.
Exposure to cloud networking (Azure / AWS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
Willing to provide onsite and occasional after-hours support
