Job Summary

Perform general cleaning duties at assigned sites, maintaining hygiene standards in toilets, pantries, and common areas. Operate cleaning equipment safely, follow schedules, and report issues to supervisors to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and emptying bins to maintain cleanliness at assigned sites
• Clean and maintain toilets, pantries, and common areas according to hygiene standards
• Operate and handle cleaning equipment and materials safely, including mops, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning chemicals
• Identify and report equipment faults, low supplies, or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
• Use the company’s QR-code based attendance system to clock in and out at each site accurately
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thorough cleaning coverage
• Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and perform light lifting during cleaning tasks
• Punctuality and responsibility in attendance and task completion
• Basic spoken English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
• Own transport or willingness to travel to assigned sites (mileage/transport allowance provided where applicable)
