• Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & mandarin is an advantage.
• Education Level : Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 
• People and task management skills
• Able to work under pressure and complete daily tasks within a short time frame depending on the nature of the job
• Familiar with electronics (able to operate a computer/handheld scanner)
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
• Basic business writing skills (Emailing)

 Job Responsibilities:
Stock Transfer & Order Processing
a) Receive and check stock transfer orders from warehouse, verify
condition and quantity
b) Monitor daily orders
c) Prepare picking lists and calculate delivery volume for the
planning team
d) Process and scan outbound deliveries, ensuring order
quantities are accurate
Data Entry
a) Generate invoices and delivery notes, and update the delivery
tracking system
b) Record stock transfer and order details into the company's
accounting system
Follow-Up
a) Liaise on urgent orders and delivery schedules
b) Coordinate with the planning team on truck arrangements and
pallet returns
c) Follow up on any damaged or lost stock, and warehouse
housekeeping
Reporting
a) Perform daily stock checks and reconcile records
b) Submit daily and monthly stock reports internal Accounts team
