Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to strengthen Little Master’s brand identity and visual presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of branding, enjoy creating cute and child-friendly visuals, and be skilled in using AI tools to generate high-quality images and creative content. This role will be responsible for branding materials, teaching resources, merchandise, promotional campaigns and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions that strengthen Little Master’s brand identity and recognition.
• Ensure consistent branding across HQ, franchise centres, teaching materials and marketing platforms.
• Design teaching materials, learning resources and engaging child-friendly visuals.
• Create designs for merchandise, packaging, uniforms, promotional gifts and other branded items.
• Produce marketing materials such as social media content, advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, event materials and presentation decks.
• Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics and digital content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield AI and other generative AI platforms to create images, videos, storyboards and campaign concepts.
• Generate AI visuals efficiently while maintaining consistent characters, styles and brand identity.
• Refine AI-generated content to ensure it is professional, original and suitable for commercial use.
• Understand design briefs quickly and turn ideas or marketing objectives into clear, attractive visual concepts.
• Prepare accurate final artwork for digital publishing and printing.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Education and Operations teams, and communicate effectively with printers, suppliers and external vendors.
• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Keep up with current design trends, social media formats and new AI creative tools.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, advertising, print, merchandise and digital design.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Higgsfield AI, image-generation tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Able to create cute, playful and child-friendly designs without losing brand consistency.
• Strong understanding and able to grasp instructions and concepts quickly.
• Creative, responsible, organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with different departments.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
