With a strong portfolio across infrastructure, reclamation, port, and marine works, we are looking to expand our team with passionate and skilled professionals. Position Overview We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to assist in planning, supervising, and ensuring smooth project execution on-site, while meeting quality, safety, and timeline standards. This position is based at our Kuala Lumpur headquarters, and the candidate must be willing to work on-site or travel to other project locations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations for civil and marine construction works. • Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure works are carried out according to design, specifications, and schedule. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues. • Prepare method statements, work programs, and progress reports. • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Liaise with procurement team for timely delivery of materials and equipment. • Support permit applications, documentation, and project handover processes. • Attend site meetings and provide engineering solutions when required. Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 1–6 years of experience in civil/marine/dredging construction projects (fresh graduates are welcome). • Strong knowledge of structural works, marine infrastructure (e.g., jetty, quay wall, breakwater), quarry or dredging operations is an advantage. • Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, and project scheduling tools. • Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. • Willing to work on-site or travel to other project locations. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
