Responsibilities:

• To prepare progress claims, sub-contract documents and evaluate bidding proposals.
• To handle all project contractual matters for specific projects and prepare specific project tender documents, ITB, contract agreements, etc.
• To monitor the project contract performance closely and provide periodic reports to the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration, preferably in EPCC contract matters and maintenance services. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for senior positions
• Experience in supervising and managing contractors/subcontractors in compliance with contractual requirements and project change order processes
• Prepare progress claims and sub-contract documents as well as evaluate bidding proposals
• Handle all project contractual matters for specific projects and prepare specific project tender documents, ITB, contract agreements, etc.
