Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining hiring quality.
Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and locations.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
Develop sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
Explore new recruitment channels to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress updates.
Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate and hiring costs.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, Internet or other fast-growing companies.
Proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing
.
Experience recruiting across
Singapore, Hong Kong and/or China
is highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
