About the Company


We are looking for Country Manager - Singapore will be the driver of Sales, and Business Development of Singapore. This includes Strategic and Operational responsibility of the business in Singapore. This person will be responsible for accelerating the business by clearly identifying high potential growth areas and directing resources towards the strategic growth initiatives, while maintaining and growing the existing business accounts. The success of this role will depend upon excellence in stakeholder management with clearly articulated value proposition for each stakeholder category, supported with the ecosystem to position the company in the focus segment. He / She will be responsible for establishing high performing team culture in line with the company's values.


About the Role


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Growth Driver:
  • Develop and implement a robust strategic plan to accelerate business growth in Singapore and deliver / exceed targets
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the addressable market size and propose new business models if required.
  • Lead some of the Strategic Initiatives by oneself.


  • Operational excellence:
  • Keeping customer at the centre, ensure that all team members are aligned towards delivering customer delight in each step of their interaction with the company
  • Work towards continuous improvement of efficiencies and automate processes as far as possible.
  • Ensure stability of the organisation in the high growth momentum environment.


  • Stakeholder Experience:
  • Improve engagement of all stakeholders with the company by adding Value in every interaction they have with the company's teams.
  • Elevate the company to be the most preferred brand in the decision-making process.


  • Team Leadership and Culture:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of unit to ensure all quantitative and qualitative targets are met/exceeded.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team driven for results.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 15- 18 years of experience of work experience with a proven track record of driving growths.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Building Material industry and stakeholders.
