Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant!
Are you passionate about customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in the retail industry? Look no further! We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants.
Location: Central (ION)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and advice to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
Actively promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Understand the features and benefits of the products sold in the store.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment.
Requirements:
No prior experience is necessary; we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Previous retail experience (1 year) is advantageous but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
