Responsibilities

Project sites
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams on detailed construction blueprints.
Evaluate and recommend optimal building materials (e.g., concrete, steel, glass) based on structural properties.
Calculate load capacities, structural stress, and overall system integrity.
Conduct structural safety inspections on compromised buildings to propose repair strategies or demolition plans.
Ensure full project compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and safety codes.
Deliver regular progress updates and status reports to key stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).
At least 5 years of Singapore
HDB construction experience
as a Site or Project Engineer.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing software.
