Assistant HR Manager /HRBP (Property / Investment)

We're hiring! We're partnering with a well-established client in the Property / Investment sector to hire an experienced Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist.

If you're a hands-on HR professional with experience in compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, HR operations and change management, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Lead and support annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
• Review job descriptions, job evaluation, job grading and salary structures.
• Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and employee guidelines.
• Support change management, HR transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Enhance performance management and appraisal processes.
• Participate in HRIS implementation and HR digitalisation projects.
• Partner with business leaders on people, performance, and organisational development.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on exposure to salary benchmarking, salary review, compensation analysis, job grading, or job evaluation.
• Experience in HR policy review, change management, or HR transformation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Independent, analytical, and confident working with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Property, Real Estate, Asset Management, Investment Management, REITs, Private Equity or Family Office environments will be highly preferred.
