Responsibilities

Assist in drafting valuation, expert witness reports and land administration submissions
Collect and verify data and documents to support valuation and land administration tasks.
Conduct market research to support valuation and land administration assignments.
Maintain and update accurate filing records for data and documents.
Attend inspections relating to property valuation and land administration tasks.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Certificate or above in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline.
1 - 2 years of working experience in property valuation and land administration matters is preferred.
Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
