Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: OUG (Main HQ)

Responsibilities

Business Partnerships

– Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses, organisations, and external stakeholders across various industries.

– Develop collaboration opportunities that enhance brand exposure and generate business growth.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

– Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.

– Develop and implement promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered effectively.

– Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for continuous improvement.

Market Research

– Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

– Recommend marketing strategies and partnership opportunities based on market insights.

Administrative Support

– Prepare sales& marketing proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements when required.

– Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or a related role.

– Experience in planning marketing campaigns and managing business collaborations is an advantage.

– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

– Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

– Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: up to RM5000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Allowance: Subject to performance
Working days:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00PM
