Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide warm, professional service experience
Attend to customer enquiries and accurately register repair jobs in the service system
Explain repair procedures, warranty coverage, pricing, and estimated turnaround time clearly to customers
Manage customer expectations through timely and effective communication on repair status and updates
Coordinate closely with technicians on repair progress and collection readiness
Handle payments, invoicing, and the collection of repaired devices
Conduct basic device checks and ensure all service procedures are carried out in accordance with established SOPs
Maintain accurate customer and repair records while ensuring compliance with PDPA requirements
Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary
Work towards outlet KPIs, including customer satisfaction, productivity, service quality, and job accuracy
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, electronics, or service centres will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable using computers and able to learn and operate new systems efficiently
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customers professionally
Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player
Able to work 6 days per week on a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Candidates with experience in mobile phone, electronics, or repair service environments will have an added advantage
