Pre-Contract Stage

• Assist in establishing of project budget.
• Pre-qualification of tenderers - source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluation and recommendation of tenderers to participate in tender as tender program.
• Cost analysis.
• Review pretender estimates, analyst on tenders submitted.
• Elemental cost analysis for building and infra-structure works.
• Prepare cost analysis based on latest market rate for cross checking of contractor's tender rate.
• Carry out cost economic study of alternative specification and design.
• Review tender and contract document.
• Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling if tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalize award.
• Review and rationalization of rates.
• Carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis.
• Review quotation or claim for variation works submitted by contractors.
• Review final account.
• Monitoring contractual status.

Others

• Prepare quotation document for minor works and new works.
• Collate and compile cost data report.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
