Our client, a renowned insurance provider, is hiring a Business Analyst to support the deployment of a group-wide Data Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business, data, and technology teams to gather requirements, optimise processes, and ensure the successful delivery of key data transformation objectives.

Your new role

This role works closely with business, technology, and data stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and data improvements across insurance operations. Responsibilities include defining business requirements, facilitating data analysis and reconciliation activities, and supporting the delivery of reporting and operational solutions that enhance decision-making and business outcomes .

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years' Business Analysis experience, with a strong background in insurance, data, operations, or transformation projects.
• Proven insurance domain knowledge, and operational processes.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, and testable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data mapping, data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and issue investigation.
• Experience working on enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, reporting solutions, data integration, or data migration initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English are essential.
