HIRING – CONTACT CENTRE EXECUTIVE

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels
• Assist customers with their requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
• Record and update customer information and case details
• Follow company procedures and service standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working on rotational shifts
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends & public holidays
• Able to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor

• 6 working days per week
• Rotational shifts
• Includes weekends & public holidays
