This role is responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade security technology platforms, with a primary focus on CCure 9000 Access Control and Genetec Security Center CCTV systems. 

The successful candidate will be working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and regional office teams to ensure security systems remain fully operational, compliant and aligned with business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

Security Systems Administration 

• Administer and support enterprise Access Control, CCTV and related security systems 

• Manage user access, system configuration, privileges and reporting 

• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution 

• Support system upgrades, migrations and implementation projects 

• Ensure systems operate according to design and performance requirements 

Regional Operations Support 

• Provide APAC regional support for security technologies 

• Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple locations 

• Manage vendor performance, service quality and SLA compliance 

• Conduct preventive maintenance planning and review 

Project & Vendor Management 

• Lead security technology enhancement and deployment projects 

• Coordinate with system integrators and technology vendors 

• Support procurement, tender evaluation and acceptance testing 

• Manage project documentation and implementation schedules 

Governance & Documentation 

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and system records 

• Support internal audits and compliance reviews 

• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management records for security equipment 

MUST HAVE Requirements 

Technical Experience 

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise physical security systems 

• Proven hands-on experience in:  

• Access Control Systems 

• CCTV / Video Management Systems 

• Intrusion Alarm Systems 

• Visitor Management Systems 

• Experience with enterprise or multinational corporate environments 

Platform Knowledge 

Candidates should have practical experience in one or more of the following: 

• CCure 9000 

• Genetec Security Center 

• Lenel OnGuard 

• Milestone VMS 

• Honeywell Pro-Watch 

Soft Skills 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Experience working with regional teams and external vendors 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 

• Fluent written and spoken English
