Job Summary:

MSR-GE, a leader in renewable energy (“RE”) infrastructure, is seeking Electrical Engineering Interns to support ongoing solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”) projects. This internship provides exposure to engineering coordination, technical documentation, and project support across both execution and tendering activities.

While the role is primarily HQ-based, interns may occasionally join site visits or inspections if required, offering a broader understanding of large-scale RE and infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for undergraduates eager to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in the RE sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation

• Support engineering coordination across design, procurement, and construction activities

• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including technical proposals, documentation, and compliance checks

• Contribute to technical reports, calculations, and general engineering deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers

• Support project documentation, progress reporting, and organisation of engineering deliverables

• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to support smooth project execution

• Assist in feasibility studies, data collection, and preliminary assessments for new projects

• Participate in occasional site visits or inspections (if required) to gain exposure to real-world construction and commissioning activities

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Strong academic foundation in electrical engineering principles

• Familiarity with AutoCAD; knowledge of power system or solar-related software is an advantage

• Willingness to occasionally travel to project sites, if required

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A keen interest in RE and infrastructure projects
