About the role

Yilly Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced junior accountant to join our team in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and accounts

What you'll be doing:

• Issuing invoices to client and submit to LHDN accurately

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial record

• Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses to support the management decision-making process

• Calculate the payroll for employees

• Providing administrative support to the broader team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies

• Follow up the clients for payment and sales related documents

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

What we are looking for:

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small or medium-sized enterprise

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of applicable accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
