We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical & Electronic Engineer in Singapore to support engineering projects, including coordination, technical support, and system testing. This role offers hands-on experience for fresh graduates or early-career engineers.

Job Summary

Support engineering and project activities including project coordination, pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and communication with internal teams and clients to ensure timely progress
  • Deliver technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages by explaining products, proposing systems, and clarifying technical details
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems on-site to verify system functionality
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project status updates for stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements and resolve issues
  • Perform site visits to troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues, identifying causes and implementing solutions
  • Enforce compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all project phases to maintain a safe work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • Class 3 Driving License (advantageous for site visits)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, or power systems to support technical tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills applied to technical challenges in project and site environments
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore for site work
