• Identify and develop potential clients in specified offline segments and incorporate into Sales Pipelines
• Acquire thorough knowledge of respective accounts and their hospitality needs
• Promote all the hotel’s products and services
• Keep accurate records and profiles of contacts and accounts
• Conduct regular planned sales visitations to respective accounts
• Understand client requirements and ensure that the products and services offered correspond effectively to their request
• Provide after-sales service and ensure that all client feedback is taken seriously and escalated to relevant top management if necessary
• Meet and exceed given Top-line Revenue objectives
• Achieve set revenue targets for respective segments
• Ensure cost effective sales activities are practices at all times
• Work to increasing hotel profitability with higher yielding rates and lower cost of sales
• Uphold and practice IHG values in every aspect of carrying out duties
• Ensure clear communications and execution of sales & catering operations
• Work in collaboration with all relevant departments
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the General Manager as deemed necessary, relevant and related in the course of work.
• Communicating and coordinating with various departments in the hotel on client requirements
• Handling client objections and negotiations
• Handling client feedback and recovery
• Managing hotel team challenges when it effects the customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
