Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team to achieve daily operational, service and sales goals
- Coordinate stations, reservations, cashiering, delivery orders, complaints and handovers
- Train staff and monitor service, hygiene, safety and wastage standards
- Complete operational reports and coordinate solutions across teams
- At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience; team-leading experience preferred
- Familiar with POS, reservations, cashiering and basic operational reports
- Strong leadership, communication and on-floor problem-solving skills
- Language requirement: Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to handle inquiries and complaints directly from Mandarin-speaking customers and liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
