We’re looking for an ambitious student to join our 2027 Graduate Talent Program to:
- Deliver projects in Emerging Solutions in the context of Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Blockchain and Quantitative Modelling.
- Help build Machine Learning and Financial Modelling solutions to solve business problems.
- Develop business acumen and consulting skillset to help advise internal clients across the bank on the above topics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Emerging Solutions team, Group Functions and Business Divisions
Your team
Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people present in 4 regions across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting our firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high-quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. We offer our consultants a diverse portfolio of projects, providing them with the chance to work across our firm. Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:

- will graduate by June 2027, with less than two years of work experience
- has initial experience in working in a project-based environment
- has analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
- is interested in the financial services industry and energized by working in fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlines
- has strong written communication and presentation skills
- is proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about consulting. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
