Mss Iso Tank & Depot Hiring! Full Time Logistics Admin - Coordinator in Johor - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily orders and assign drivers, lorries, trailers, tankers and isotanks.

• Prepare and monitor loading & unloading schedules.

• Communicate with drivers, customers, depots, terminals, ports and suppliers.

• Handle urgent changes, delays, breakdowns and other operational issues.

• Ensure drivers receive correct loading/unloading details and special instructions.

• Prepare, issue, collect and properly file DOs and required documents.

• Prepare and print Consignment Notes (CN) for haulage orders.

• Ensure all haulage documents are complete, accurate and properly maintained.

• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Ensure timely delivery and proper utilization of company vehicles.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time according to customer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in logistics/haulage/transport coordination.

• Experience with isotank, tanker and container operations is preferred.

• Good knowledge of logistics/haulage operations and depot/port movements.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle multiple jobs and work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and email.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Experience with any type of TMS (Transport Management System) is an added advantage.
