What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair different mobile phone models
• Attend to customers and recommend suitable repair solutions or products
• Handle sales, payments and customer enquiries
• Assist with stock and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Work towards store sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile phone repair and sales
• Strong repair and troubleshooting skills
• Good customer service and sales ability
• Able to repair different phone brands and models
• iPad and Flip/Fold repair experience preferred
• Motherboard / Logic Board repair experience is an advantage
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently

• 配合完成门市销售目标

职位要求

• 至少 2 年手机维修及销售经验
• 良好的手机维修及故障检测能力
• 良好的销售及顾客沟通能力
• 能维修不同品牌及型号手机
• 会维修 iPad、Flip / Fold 优先
• 会主板 / Logic Board 维修优先
• 有责任感、勤劳、可独立工作
