Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries received through email, fax and telephone, and provide timely responses.
Prepare quotations and provide customers with relevant information on product availability and estimated delivery lead times.
Maintain good knowledge of the product ranges offered by FS and provide accurate product information to customers.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics details.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers.
Apply the appropriate pricing and cost mark-up guidelines according to the relevant customer category.
Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative and operational support to the relevant divisions as required.
Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before forwarding them to the Order Processing team for fulfilment.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
