• Prepare cost estimate and bills of quantities
• Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents
• Conduct monthly site valuation
• Evaluate and prepare interim valuations
• Handle progress claims, variation orders and final account.
• Coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
• Measure and value the work done on site/on-site verification of works.
• Perform any other tasks as and when required.
• Qualification requirements: Possess a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5, Bachelor's or equivalent.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
