• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs works on lighting, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning units.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure longevity and functionality of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Document work completed, parts used, and issues identified in maintenance logs.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to support cross-functional maintenance activities.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to mitigate any potential hazards or disruptions.

Job Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical. Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technician role within facilities management or a similar industry.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Basic computer

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
