KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DRIVING DUTIES

• Safely transport goods, documents, and materials to customers, suppliers, or company locations.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection according to schedule.
• Load and unload goods carefully and safely.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Assist in arranging courier or shipment activities when required.

STORE / WAREHOUSE DUTIES

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and condition against delivery documents.
• Assist in stock arrangement, labeling, and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or shipment.
• Update stock movement records and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in stock count and periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of store area.
• Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper material handling practices.
• Support packaging and logistics activities as assigned.

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE

• Maintain delivery records, DOs, invoices, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Assist supervisors in any ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Malaysian driving license (Class GDL, D or relevant class).
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in driving and store/warehouse operations preferred.
• Able to operate forklift is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes is an added advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS
